Some lymph nodes are always noticeable to the touch and feel like a pea under the skin that moves. It is more evident now because of the infection in jawbone. Our lymph nodes are our first line of defense for our body in times of infection. Normally we have about six of them placed at strategic areas of our body and they all do the same wonderful job for us; making sure that infection fighting white blood cells get to the area to fight infection.
