I have sole physical custody of my son. His dad made off the wall and false accusations against me to get the case reopened and gain custody. We have been appointed a guardian ad litum who I meet with in 3 days. There has never been any investigation for abuse, neglect or anything else. My son is a very happy and healthy little 3 yr old. Im so scared of losing my son over a bunch of lies. I have an attorney said but almost feel as if she isn't working on my case as much because I don't have to pay (income) and that she's overly confident that we will win. I never have taken for granted my custody. Im wondering what I should tell the guardian ad litum and how to act. Im desperate to keep my son, he had family and friends very close on my side but his dads family lives 6knowing hours away and really only has his neighbor lady that does daycare. Im scared for my son. Please give me any info possible. Thanks

Just be yourself. Tell the GAL you have no idea where the father is getting his claims from since there has never been any problems.

GALs know what parents will do to get custody.
