    FL.garnishment info
We recently received a letter from my husbands employer along with a garnishment order from N.J. They listed my husbands place of work on the court order as being in N.J except my husbands work place is in FL.( but their corporate headquarters are in VA.) We have been legal residents of FL. For over 7 years. My question is can they honor the garnishment from a N.J court if you live in FL?

Why do you think they shouldn't? Of course they can. You can't move to dodge obligations for long.
