    Honda civic no start diagnosis
    95 civic 1.5 manual no start no spark no/ fuel pressure /replaced entire distributor and fuel pump with known good used parts/ checked all fuses none blown/ when key is in on position speedometer needle flails and odometer rolls ,relay on drivers side chatters, replaced ecm inside car speedometer and odometer remain still chatter at relay gone still no fuel or spark anybody got a idea I am getting desperate
