    Puppy - Potty Training
My 15 week old Golden Doodle will not poop when I take him outside on a leash. I have even placed indoor poop outside to lure him to specific spots.
The pup wants to play. He sniffs and he pees but won't poop.
What do we do to get him poop outside?. whenever he poops
He poops inside on mats but only when we aren't looking.
... and likes to follow me to the bathroom whenever I have to poop.
    Looking for answers.

Had you been using puppy pads when he was younger? How often do you feed him? Does anyone walk him? If so, when and how long?

We have terrific dog experts here so please be patient, and you will get some very helpful answers.

We used pads for about 2 weeks. We got him 21/2 weeks ago.
The previous owners did this before us.
He did go outside and poop with his mommy when with the previous owners,

We feed him twice a day... About 8am and 8 pm

We walk him in our yard on a leash

He's used to puppy pads. That means he will pee and poop on anything soft--blankets, the couch, your bed, the carpet, scatter rugs. The dog experts will give you help on training him to not do this.

He needs to be taken on a good walk after he eats. That will stimulate his intestines and get them to move. Running or walking around in the house or yard isn't good enough.

Read some of the dog training threads below, and soon a dog expert or two or three will pop in. I'm a cat expert (have always had cats at my house) who reads the dog board religiously, so will ask questions, but I leave the dog advice to the experts.
