    What can I do?
I have five children. I have three by my wife that I am currently married to and live with. I have two by my girlfriend before her. I have back child support built up because my girlfriend would not come to court for our custody hearing and I had our oldest son the whole time. The court never honored it and kept billing me for both children instead of one. Basically she had one and I had one. What can I do to get the back pay amount adjusted or stopped so it won't take my entire disability back pay. The state is claiming all of the back pay money goes to them and it won't be of any help to my children. I have all of my children signed up on my disability because I have seizures and cannot work. The state wrongly built this debt especially since they never took care of one of the two children they are billing me for. The state keeps telling me they can't go back and adjust it but I know it has to be something I can do?? SOMEONE HELP PLEASE..

    ...
I doubt that. Courts don't send out bills. Perhaps you mean the child support agency?

Yea the enforcement agency kept billing me on behalf of the state. What do I file to take the state to court. Child support modification or what?

    Yep.

    Ask that it be retroactive.
