    Unusual custody situations va
    Custodial parent arrested and wondering if the other parent(whom signed over the children willingly) has the right to come get the children. They were left in the care of their grandparents. He has been falsely accused of raping the other parent who keeps trying to press crazy charges until she found one that would stick.

    Certainly.. the other parents rights supercede those of any non-parents.

    Where did they get the form to sign away the title to the kids at? A CrackerJack box.

    Courts award custody... not pieces of paper.

    What rights did he sign away, does he still have visits without knowing exactly what happened before, it is hard to say
