    visits across state lines
    Does the noncustodial parent need to get the custodial parents permission if planning a trip across state lines. Both live in TX and the noncustodial parent is planning a trip to IN.

    Depends on whether it infringes on the custodial parents time. If it does then you you need to get permission. Even if it doesn't it's a good idea to get permission or at least inform them.
