    Sibling excluded
My uncle asked me to be the exector of his estate. As per his wishes, his sister will not get anything from his estate. Does she have any legal way of trying to get any of the estate?

    Hello gc:

Were his wishes written down for all to see, in a will perhaps? If not, then she sure does have a claim on the estate. While I don't doubt you Sir, you certainly don't think your word alone will suffice.
