    Unemployed benefit rights
I have been unemployed on this occasion beginning of march, though there have been other periods. As I am or was a selfemployed person my claim would be income or contrabution based, I fail contrabution based jsa on the lack of NIs. I can.t receive income based because my spouse works but her earnings don't cover our commitments she now has overdraft of £2000. If she leaves the marital home ( which is looking likley ) will I then become eligible for income based support.
