Payne condensing unit outside
My unit worked well until one day it slowed down and started humming. Called a air cond guy he came out thought it was a capaciter, he had a old one put iton, done same thing, I replaced fan moter with same moter, still does same thing, It runs well for about 30 min and then slows down, smells hot, turn it off for about 30 min and cycle repeats. What could be wrong?

There is no charge in my system, it leaked out. I don't have a vaccuum pump, how can I remove the air, could I run some r-22 through the system to chase the air? If so how can I do this. Do the scharder valve o-rings go bad? If so where can I buy them
