    I am a us citizen and want to sell my property in india
    How much I have to pay as taxes in india
    How much taxes I need to pay in usa.

    I am a us citizen? Please advise

    You would only be required to pay the Indian tax. Sales done abroad are not subject to US taxes. Best to check with a certified accountant. Also, when you do put the property up for sale, find a reliable realtor in India who can show the property so you don't need to be there. The transaction could be done through paypal. This would require a great deal of trust.
