I am looking for an old TV Series from the late 90's early 2000's
It was a fantasy (kids I think) series or more like TV movies of a man that (have a company I think) that accomplished dreams of other peoples.
Individual people or more are coming to him describes their wishes and he accomplished their dreams. I remember particularly for a man (or women) that want to stay out and drink a tea but cannot do that because all the bugs/insects that are flying outside and makes him craz yso he put him into a giant transparent ball so he can drink his tea and be outside withou all the insects. Wile doing that a motorcycle crash into his bubble and pup it (he was also a man that was in a accomplished a dream of itself)...
