Ever since I walked into her house I felt like there was something wrong. She always told me stuff about how haunted her room was, I did not believe whatever she said, because she is quite the attention asker. But when she started to tell me about a white figure ''floating'' past her window, I saw it as well. I started to feel uncomfortable then... but still would not believe any of her stories. Later on she admitted it might just have been a dream. But then one day we decided to sleep on the floor. I thought I saw this figure standing in the corner, but I convinced myself it was just my imagination. Then my friend started to scare me by saying ''Ghosts show yourself!'' and I automatically replied, ''No please don't'' I wasn't cared just in case there really was something... And when I woke up the other morning she asked me if I heard footsteps the other night. I told her I didn't, and asked her from were the footsteps started. She pointed at the same corner I was imagining things in, without knowing I ever looked at that that corner. That slightly freaked me out and when I came home I told this to my dad. He does not believe in paranormal stuff at all, but even he couldn't explain why. When I was home I always felt a cat jump on my bed and it softly clawed in the part of my blanket that covered my lower legs. The weird thing is I don't have a cat and every time I checked there was nothing. I didn't feel very uncomfortable by that. But as soon as I started to feel arms grabbing my ancles, it started to scare me, every night they came higher up. I told my mom, but she said there was not anything wrong with the house. Another weird thing was when I stopped being friends with that person I never had any trouble with such happenings again. So I wonder, what could that have been? And if it was something, is it still in my room?

Well first of all you said that once you stopped being friends with that individual that the occurrences stopped. So I would rest assured that nothing is left in your room.

If what you said was accurate, I do believe that spirits will hang around a certain individual and may even extend out to others that are in that person's life... such as yourself. However, if you no longer are around this girl, those spirits are probably back with her. They most likely were checking you out and trying to get influence in your life just as they have in hers. It is probably best you are no longer around her anymore.

It sounds very likely that it is still around you.

But you also said in your first post that you didn't have any more problems once you stopped hanging around that person. What is going on now exactly?
