    Move from CA to NV
Hi, I have 4 kids, 1 from a previous relationship 6 years ago, and 3 from my current relationship, times are very hard now and days, my fiancé and I want to relocate to Nevada with our kids, but the thing is that I have joint custody with my daughters father, he makes it so hard for me, he starts up court papers and mediations because he claims I never let him see our daughter which is complete BS, he calls to speak to her and he does, he tells her he's going to come pick her up for the weekend and never does, he's been saying this for almost 6 years now, he barely knows her, he claims its my fault why he never sees her and I'm sick of it, its 100% his fault, now I and my fiancé are planning to relocate to Las Vegas NV because it is cheaper to live and we both got job offers, help me out please, remember I have 3 kids with my fiancé.

If there is a visitation order in place then your going to have to get the courts approval before you move. You absolutely need to get this issue settled before you do anything that moves the child out of state.

Have you kept a log of missed visitation? How old is the daughter.

You have an uphill battle here but you have to take this back to court. If he refuses to let you move you might try calling his bluff. Tell him you need to think of your fiancée and your other children. So if he refuses to allow your daughter to move with you, tell him she will have to move in with him.
