    No hot water pressure
There is absolutely no hot water pressure. Could it be my regulator? If it is my regulator, wouldn't it affect both my hot water and cold water? I live in a track home in Las Vegas and have city water. The Water Company came out and checked the water at the street and they said it was really good. I can't remember how many lbs exactly though. I have 4 children and we can't shower, wash dished, wash clothes, etc... at the same time. Only one at a time.

Is the valve on all the way? Sometimes a water heater will get a buildup at the hot port on top of the water heater. To repair this simply unscrew the pipe at the top of the heater and poke it clean with a screwdriver and reinstall piping.

Changed water filter approximately 2 weeks ago. Since then, we've had reduced water pressure at kitchen faucet and in shower.
