Does my son's father have a right to say no to vacation out of state?
The father of my child has told me he won't allow me to take our son on a vacation out of state. We were never married and he has no custodial rights beyond what we've verbally agreed upon. Can he stop me from taking my son on vacation and what safeguards should I adhere to?

He can certainly say that... and if you do it anyway.. he can go to court and get court ordered custody... as well as cort specified visitation scheduals...

So I would tread carefully... that is if you like they way its been up to now.
