Can I file for child abandonment if the father has never been there nor pay cs?
My daughter just turned 8 and he has never been there. He seen her a couple of times when she was first born but it was only BC I brought her over to visit his mother. He has never paid child support either. I don't know where he is or anything. He didn't sign the birth certificate but she does have his last name which I want changed.
