Cramping 5 weeks after miscarrige - no bleeding
4 weeks after my miscarriage, I had a period that lasted 1 day. Now, 5 weeks after my miscarriage I've had spontaneous cramping - only 2 times so far - but no bleeding. Should I be worried? Also, did my 1 day period even qualify as a period?

I have just found out that I am 5 weeks pregnant this morning.
