    Toilet Flushing issue
The toilet flush goes very very slow after 2-3 days of no activity. After 5 or 6 flushes it then goes back to normal. Since it goes back to normal after 5 or 6 flushes I am pretty sure there is no clog in the septic line and all the rest of the drains are working properly. It is like there may be a air pocket that it has to overcome before it works properly. I read I need to check the roof vent, but that doesn't make sense that it is clogged since it goes to normal after the 5 or 6th flush. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I think there are a few things for you to check and get back to us before we can figure this out. A slow flushing toilet that gets better the more you flush is a bit rare. Check the tank, is it filling to about an inch below the top of the over flow tube? Let the tank fill and totally stop, add 10 drops of food coloring to the tank. Check the toilet bowl an hour later, is it clear or colored? Have you tried plunging yet, if no then try it too.

If it were me I'd purchase a toilet auger, (see image) and auger the bowl. Good luck, Tom
