Hello, I have a 7yr old son and his dad is not in his life. We moved to GA when my son was 18mos old and his dad and I broke up a year later but he's never paid or been ordered to pay child support ever. He moved back to CA 4yrs ago and has very little phone contact with my son while my son is with his dads family visiting but still doesn't financially support or see him. Child support in GA says they can't locate him in CA to serve him papers because he won't keep his own place so what do I do now? I don't know his whereabouts and he hasn't seen my son in 4yrs. Can I file a child abandonment order in CA where he is or here in GA where I am? And how can he be found to pay child support?
