Domestic Battery/ Background Checks
If a person is charged with mistemeanor domestic battery and hasn't been arraigned in front of a judge. How long will it normally take for that non conviction arrest to show up on a national/state background check? Will it show up at all? Will it instantly show up on a FBI check?
