    Perant trouble
    Hi my name is zak and my mum is stoping me from seeing my dad every weekend. Is she allowed to do that plus I want to live with him.

    Sorry but as a child you rarely would have a say about who you get to live with.

    If your father doesn't have a court ordered visitation schedule, then yes she can. In which case your dad would be smart to go to court to get one.

    If he does have one.. then he needs to go back to court to have it enforced.
