Im 14 I don't feel pretty at all... I look in the mirror n all I see iz a big fat ugly blobppl say I'm thick buuut I think I'm fat... dey say I pretty but I don't believe dem... I want to feel pretty so bad... ive tried evrything but I don't know what to do... I want to be abke to look in the mirror n actually be able to smile n say "u do look pretty"... just once daz alll I want... ive thought about a makeover or sumthn... I just don't know what to do... any ideas?? ="(

If it gives you any comfort, your body is still changing and you are still growing taller. The main thing to do is to eat right--avoid stuff made with wheat flour and with sugar/corn syrup, avoid salty snacks, and eat vegetables and fruits and lean meats like skinless chicken and turkey. At 14, that will be hard to do, but enlist your mom's help. Then walk, walk, walk.

Do your best in school and be kind to the other students, even the ones you don't like. And please don't text when you post here. :)
