:( OK I am 13 and I weigh 12stone :(

I am 5'7''-5'8'' and I feel fat , I like this guy but I don't know if he thinks of me that way because of my weight. I want to look like the rest of the pretty girls in my class but I don't how do I get slimmer in a healthy way without being sick after meals and not eating at all?

Do anyof you know what to do?

I have been on coutless diets and exersices. I have just indjered myself form my last exercise now I am unable to do a lot of physical stuff for a month or two. So do anyof you have a diet or anything that can help me?

At your height this is not terribly overweight.

What you need to do is make sure you eat healthy. Three healthy meals a day with a healthy snack in between.

Yo-Yo diets will cause you to increase your weight. A healthy diet and exercise will make all the difference in the world.

When I say a healthy diet, I don't mean go on a diet, I mean eat healthy, no junk food, no fast food, just fresh fruits and vegetables, healthy low fat meats, like chicken and fish.
