    To early to tell
    Hi I recently come off the implant the following day I had unprotected sex, I checked my ovulation calendar and I ovulated Friday 18th two days after sex I've had slight cramping and brown spotting I am not due on until the 1st June any advice xxx

    If you are trying to become pregnant start on prenatal vitamins or a multivitamin with at least 400 mcg of folic acid. Make any changes that you know would be healthy in what you eat and drink.

    The cramping and spotting could be due to the recent sex, but may also be from adjusting to the stopping of the hormones associated with the birth control.

    See what happens when your period is expected and test if necessary. Many couples take many months to become pregnant, but a few lucky ones find that it happens the first month.
