Hi Pretty lady, My friend dyed my hair bitter-sweet chocalate and it ended up really dark , so I went to the hair Salon and they said they could do caramel foils so I said OK and made an app, then when, I got it done they had left the underneath black an the top foils came out white and orangie yellow, it was wet and I was very surprised but too stunned so say anything, when I got home it dryed and I felt so mad cause they're meant to do a good job and it turned out terrible, I'm going back tomorrow, but I feel nervous, do you think they can fix it? or do you think I should get a refund? I don't know what to do with my hair now that its gone 3 different colours? Which way should I turn?? I don't know how to get out of this mess?

At the risk of damaging your scalp and hair follicles to correct the situation, I would suggest you get a really short haircut and let it all grow back in.
