No cold water to downstairs tap or toilet, combi boiler
We turned the water off to solve a problem with an upstairs tap yesterday, when the water was turned back on today, the downstairs toilet and cold water tap are not working. We have a combi boiler and the heating & hot water are working fine. Any ideas what the problem could be & how to fix it?
Ps. The weather is fine, so not a frozen pipe.
