Expunged juvenile show in fbi database
I received a felony (Or technically adjudicated) as a minor in Juvenile court in Ohio. I have never had any issues and thought my record was sealed already (2000). I am not 100% sure that is the case now because 2006 laws state you have to request it to be sealed.

My main question is if anyone knows whether I would face an issue getting a job for a school. It is actually a contracted position (Possible could run into children in halls, etc) but my research indicates the school requires a fingerprint background check . If this request is then ran against the FBI database even if my record was expunged would this still show up for them?

Juv records are suppose to be sealed, I do not believe they will show up.

But remember other people that know about it, if they do a real deep search, talk to people you know, things can always be found out
