If I told my boss that I was going to start Skool but he doesn't want to work my hours n he fires me is that right ?

In general, if you are not going to be able to work the hours they need you, they may either fire you, ( often called just laid off) or cut your hours back to only when they need you, which may be almost never.

So you have to now find a job that you can work when you are not in school.

Well he told me to sign a paper saying I quit but I never quit

So don't sign. He's trying to avoid paying unemployment.

No, you do not have to sign, he is lying to you. So you tell him to put that in writing, that he will not give you your check unless you sign, that the labor board would be very interested in that.

If he will not give you your last check just report him to the labor board ( he needs to be reported for doing that) and sue him in court for your money.

Well okay this is what happened I start college he said for me to sign a paper saying I quit because basically Skool is going to get in the way for work

But I called the labor place but I didn't tell them that he was holding my check
