    Postpartum bleeding
    I had my third child 2 months ago. I have been continuously breastfeeding. Also had the Depo shot about 2 weeks ago. The bleeding seemed to stop for a day, and now is bright red. I'm starting to get worried something is wrong. What should I do?

    You can always contact your doctor to inquire, but it can be very common to have irregular bleeding while using depo, especially early on. Some women will have bleeding at unusual times, some will have it continuously for awhile. For many women it eventually subsides, but it can be annoying and worrisome until that happens.

    Did they go over the possible side effects with you? When in doubt, give your doctor a call. It is worth the peace of mind.
