Numb feeling in groin
I am a 34 yo male and have recently started feeling a slight numb sensation in my groin area, down my right thigh, scrotum and penis area. There is no pain, just an unusual "asleep" feeling! I am still able to get aroused, however now when I ejaculate I do not orgasm anymore. The feeling is constantly there, but like I said, no pain... Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
