    Statute of limitations fraud
    A friend was involved in a questionable marriage 12 years ago what could be the reprecussions with immigration after all this time.

    A "questionable marriage" doesn't mean unlawful or illegal so really difficult to advise otherwise.
    If their actions were within the law then there should be no repercussions at all.
