    Mass Transfer
A fan is blowing 32F air over a container filled to within 1 inch of the top with a solution of ethyl alcohol in water. Assume the concentration of alcohol at the interface is 0.5 atm and the air flowing across the container does not contain alcohol. Also assume the mouth of the container is narrow enough that in effect we have a 1 inch stagnant gas.
Will the alcohol content of the solution change significantly in 1 day (DAB for this system is 0.4 ft2/hr).
