    Basement drain tiles
My sump pump has been running 2 weeks straight all day.The drain tiles are leaking all day, even days after a rain. Is this OK and will it stop sooner or later?

Why? Heavy rain? Ground water? Spring under your house? Why's your pit filling up?

That's what drain tiles do. They're perforated so they can leak water back into the soil, Why are you complaining?
