    Passport eligibility for Great Britain
    My father was born in England, immigrated to the U.S. and became a citizen. He died in 1936. Question am I eligible for a British passport so I can reside in the EU?

    Yes, via Ancestry is a possibility, although I would question why you really want EU residency..
