    In Michigan can the wife get a copy of the discovery package
    My husband was arrested for extortion and I hired him a lawyer but I would like to know if I have the right to get a copy of the discovery package because I want to know if he is telling the truth.

    No, you do not. That is between him and his Attorney. Your husband can give his Attorney permission to discuss this with you.

    No, and to be honest, the other sides "discover" does not always mean he is guilty, it is just evidence they think will prove their case.
