Smell from kitchen cabinet drain smells

I have a smell coming from behind one kitchen cabinet not the sinks or bathrooms just the cabinet it has been there for 5 months so can't be something dead anyone have any ideas. Would it make us ill to as we have all be ill for months. Thank u
