    Guardianship
    Can I give my baby's dad's mom guardianship of my 3 children that have been removed from my custody due to our substance abuse addictions &are now a ward of the state of Ca.

    No, Being a ward of the state means you have no say anymore. You can ask/suggest that the children be placed with the grandparents. Usually they prefer the child be with a relative. But you no longer have any rights.
