    Slipring induction motor
In industry there is a burnt 3 phase slipring induction motor of 300 KW. Same induction motor we have with all the things same have P.I. 0.5 MegaOHM. In industry there is high loss going on without the motor. What should we do as an engineer?

Can we short circuit the stater terminals and feed the supply to the rotor?
