 I recently had my kitchen remodeled and the plumber installed a Studor Mini-Vent under the sink. Due to space limitations, he installed it sideways and didn't glue the PVC pipes together so it's easily removed. Is this a proper installation? I am pretty sure this (either the vent or the break in... 
How to install a studor mini vent?

 Do I need to apply an adhesive to the 1.5" pipe that the studor mini vent will be going on? It fits well when placed on the pipe but is there a need to have an adhesive? 
My studor mini valve won't vent.

 I have a studor mini vent under my sink that will not let the water drain out - water drains when I remove the vent. I tried to replace it but got the same results. Is there a something you have to do to 'activate' a studor valve? I snaked the line underneath and it is clear. Any suggestions? 
Studor vent (air admittance vent)

 I want to install a utility sink in my garage, which will require approx a 30 ft run of 11/2 " drain pipe. The 11/2" will be going into the 3" main drain line. I should be able to get 1/4" per foot pitch over the 30 ft run. My guestion is ,will I need to install a studor vent at the sink trap? 
Using "Studor" mini vent in bathroom wall

I am completely renovating a bathroom in a 1973 mobile home. There is no vent stack from any of the toilet, tub or lav fixtures. I plan to install the "Studor" vent in the wall. Can I use one vent for two fixtures or does each fixture need it's own vent? View more questions Search
