Nonresident single member LLC tax returns
    Hello,

I am a nonresident of the US, and I have a single member LLC incorporated in California. Some income has been earned in the taxable year, though California state income is less than $2000 gross.
Do I need to file a California state personal return as well, given this low income from California. Total gross income from all US is more though, and hence I will also need to file an IRS Form 1040NR.
Do I need to file any other forms etc?

    Regards
    Amet

    Amet:

Assuming the LLC is registered as a "disregarded entity", a personal return for California is not needed given the low income level.

If it is registered as a partnership or corporation, then a partnership return or corporate return MAY be required.
