How long does hydrocodne remain in system?
How long does hydrocodne remain in system? If a person has been on high levels of hydrocodone, and other medeications, like oxycotin, valium, etc. Is there any way the drug can remain in the blood after several days considering its halflife? Is there any way it could remain in the gastric contents after several days as well? Can either of these be possible under any potential scenerio? Suppose the individual died, and he last took the drug 4 or five days prior, but was on many other drugs during the 4-5 days, like oxycontin, hyrdrommorphone, valium. Is hydrocodone a metabolite of hydromorphone? How are these drugs tested chemically in the blod and gastric contents after death?

If you are talking about tests at death, then they can normally tell up to 4 weeks or so if they had been taking the drug.

Or Unchanged? I ever saw a phrase or word in a textbook and it seems to be a Latin word/phrase. It is odd if you repeat "All the Other Variables Remain the Same/unchaged" again and again in the paper! Thanks a lot
