    I need help with my huband we have a prejuduce judge
    The judge me and my husband have is prjuduce want to find out how to switch due to our age difference and she is prejuduce

    You don't get to pick your Judge... and if you are going to claim the are prejudiced against you... you are going to have to prove that. And an age differnce is NEVER an excuse to expect a different judge. You have to deal with whatever judge the court assigns you.
