What to do bad conduct discharge?
I received a bcd, for stealing aboard ship out of us territories. I am 70 years old this happened 44 years ago. I have lived a fruitful life with many personal references. Is it possible to get this BCD upgraded or expunged? This happened at 19 years old I served 6 months time in interment. Please reply

Contact your congressperson. Usually this requires a congressperson to introduce a bill.

Can I ask why this is important to you? You seem to have had a successful life despite this blot on your record.
