How can I obtain police reports that were made against me?
Ever since my neighbor moved next door to my family I had noticed frequent police patrolling and activity in my neighborhood. My sister has served time in jail from my families understanding due to false police reports and gossip. My question is how do I obtain police reports made against me that I know for sure are false. Now I have been slandered and received bad business over the rumor that I have molested a kid. It is very hurtful to be accused of something you didn't do. I want to put an end to this folly without having to live in fear if the cops are going to kick my door in again. They also did not have a search warrant upon entering our house one time when we were not at home. I live in the state of California. Thank you.
