I've been trying to find this movie everywhere with absolutely no luck. I saw it a couple times. A boy and girl go into the mountains and when the tires blows and he goes out to change it, a corpse bites him. He starts decomposing like a zombie and bites his girlfriend during sex. She refuses to eat other people to survive so he starts cooking human flesh and blood into her food to keep her alive. She later shoots herself. He sleeps beside her dead body for a few days before eating her dead body. At the end, he chains himself to a pole in his basement to stop eating people. Has anyone else ever heard of this movie?
