Craftsman Mower vaper lock
I have a Craftman rider, after it sits (not runnung) for more then a hour it won't crank. If I take out the spark plug and crank it over a lot ao gas shoots out. I put the plug back in and it starts right up. Thought it was a bad carburator so I replaced it, and it still does the same thing

What is the tension pulley? Gram, 67, wants to know? Replacing belt myself hopefully. Craftsman riding mower, lower belt came off. Have lowered deck, belt is loose, not sure where it goes, studying manual but how engage, disengage tension pulley?
