    Most likely from what I understand it has to do with the pre-ejaculate produced by the cowpers gland getting plugged up in the ducts that carry the pre-ejaculate to the inside of the urethra. It is common and not to worry it will come and go and clear its self in up to 3 months. You might want to see a urologist to confirm.

    Other possibilities: It might be a genital wart, clogged pore, infection... or of a very small percentage cancerous, but more than likely NOT a serious condition. See your doctor for your own peace of mind and any treatment he might have or suggest.
