    Am I really pregnant?
Hi I'm michelle, I'm very confused in my pregnany. I have test three times and I'm perfectly positive but in my ultrasound result stated that there is no baby seen in my womb in two time ultrasound, I'm 10 weeks pregnant, the result stated:

The uterus is anteverted and normal in size measuring 6.8x 4.9x 4.3cm. Myometrial echopattern is homogenous with no evident focal mass or definite gestational sac seen. The endometrial stripe is intact with focal thickening at the fundal are measuring 2.8cm. It contains a cystic foci with septations measuring 3.8x1.4cm. Cervix is unremarkable, the right ovary is obscured. The left ovary measures 2.8x2.1cm with some small follicles. No fluid seen in the cul de sac. The doctor suggest for clinical correlation, what does it mean? Am I still pregnant and is there possibility result for abnormality in my pregnancy? Please advice me what to do...

You might have what they call a tubel pregnancy where your pregnant but the baby is growing in the fallopian tube instead for your womb.
